TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Once the voucher has expired, it cannot be extended.  Bookings are essential.  For bookings to be valid once the date has been requested, guests must receive a booking confirmation email.  Normal cancellation policy and terms & conditions apply. Guests must be able to show this prior to check-in.  Gift vouchers are non-refundable, transferable and are not able to be exchanged for cash.  Dates available at the time of booking using this voucher, are subject to availability at the time the voucher recipients choose to book.
