How do I find out my flight information?

You will receive a text message from our pilot the night before your flight after 6pm, confirming whether we can fly you based on the weather conditions and if we can, confirming the exact meeting time. We meet about 1.5 hrs prior to sunrise.

Booking

Minimum 3 nights on public holidays and 4 nights at Easter & Melbourne Cup weekend.

Additional nights stay may be booked for the accommodation, contact us directly to make these arrangements.

Payment

Accommodation and food pre-orders can be booked and paid online. For the flight component, Global Ballooning will contact you directly.

Refunds and cancellations

Safety is our first consideration and we will not fly if conditions are unsuitable.  If your balloon flight is cancelled due to inclement weather, your accommodation booking will proceed as normal on the scheduled date. In this case, you may re-book the ballooning portion within 12 months of cancellation or ask for a refund.
